About
Myofascial Release Yoga is a therapy that involes gentle, sustained pressure to the release tightness in the fascia.
What is Myofascial Tissue?
Fascia is a strong, flexible web of connective tissue found throughout your entire body, wrapping around muscles, organs, and other structures.
When healthy, fascia is flexible and allows tissues to slide past each other smoothly.

Adults of all levels of Yoga experience
Movement teachers & therapists
Everyone is welcome, in particular anyone dealing with tension or stiffness
People with chronic pain (e.g., in neck, back, hips)
Athletes recovering from injury or overuse
