Sensing Self:

Education via ACT techniques, sensory modulation and emotional regulation strategies with yoga-based interventions tailored to supporting experience with anxiety and depression understanding mental, emotional and somatic interplay and tools to apply to everyday life. Facilitated by Occupational Therapists.

Talk therapy combined with a movement based approach aimed at:

  • Develop an understanding of the sensory system via the 8 senses and your individual sensory preferences

  • Build daily practices for awareness of proprioception and interoception senses.

  • Learn tools to support sensory modulation in daily tasks and different environments

  • Develop awareness of the connection of sensory processing with emotional regulation

  • Learn tools and practices for emotional regulation and managing mental health.

  • Connect with others in the community

6 week program - $65 per session


Yoga for Anxiety:

Movement based yoga series involving:

  • Trauma informed therapeutic yoga program for managing anxiety.

  • Strategies of yogic origin and CBT evidence-based research to offer relief for difficult feelings and awareness to their onset. 

  • Increase tolerance for body sensing, awareness of physical sensations and relation to state of life.

  • Improved psychological and cognitive flexibility.

8 week series - $280



Trauma Informed Restorative Yoga:

Therapeutic yoga postures to support your nervous system regulation through activating the intuitive rest- relax response and self healing mechanisms of the body’s systems. 

  • Enhanced connection to body awareness, proprioception and interoception (internal sensing) to enhance tolerance for sensations.

  • Improved psychological and cognitive flexibility.

6 week series - $210

Art Your Life:

Art therapy involves using creative processes to help you explore emotions and self-expression in a safe and supported way. 

Through our art your life group you will be guided through different exercises, using a variety of techniques that may include collage; drawing; painting; colouring; sculpting and more.

No artistic background or skill is required. We foster a curious, reflective approach, free of judgement, that is open and welcoming to all. 

When emotions are hard to express or make sense of, art therapy can provide the tools to help you:

  • express your feelings

  • cope with stress

  • lower anxiety

  • boost your mood and self confidence

  • enhance your social skills and build relationships

  • gain new personal insights
