Occupational Therapy

Available face to face in Geelong, or via Telehealth

We all want the chance to be able to do what matters in our lives. We want to be able to take care of ourselves and those we care about, and we want to be able to maintain our interests and hobbies.

However, difficulties can arise, and both mental and physical health can have a hand in preventing us from doing as much as we would like. This is why services like YO-T exist, to provide a support system based on acceptance, clarity, passion, and most importantly, independence.
