Craniosacral therapy (CST) techniques involve light, hands-on touch—typically 5 grams of pressure—to evaluate and release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which includes the skull, spine, and sacrum. Techniques focus on improving cerebrospinal fluid circulation, releasing fascia, and enhancing self-regulation, commonly used to alleviate stress and pain.
