Hi I’m Alanna,
Occupational Therapist & Yoga Teacher
Over the years, I’ve worked with people of all ages who feel overwhelmed, tense, wired, exhausted or stuck in survival mode.
I’ve seen how deeply stress lives in the body - not just the mind.
And I’ve also seen how powerful it can be when people are given:
• the right education
• practical tools
• and gentle guidance they can return to anytime
The Recovery & Regulation program was created to bring all of that together in a way that feels supportive, accessible and realistic for everyday life.

Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.
