Pregnancy is a time in which we take a step back and truly think about our connection with our bodies. There are always going to be an array of changes over time, and whether it’s your first pregnancy or not, it pays to allow yourself the chance to relax and take time for your shifting needs. That’s why, at YO-T, we offer prenatal yoga classes in Geelong targeted at supporting you through your pregnancy.

Our Prenatal Yoga classes are nurturing yoga flows, with supportive modifications and alignment techniques to optimise a safe and comfortable yoga practice while pregnant and following childbirth. This is such a special time to explore the amazing inner workings of your body, of YOU! As your mothering journey begins here, we intend to support and nurture you through a positive pregnancy experience with calming, soothing prenatal vinyasa yoga.

There is a near-limitless number of yoga types and variations out there, each catering to particular needs for the mind and body. And our prenatal vinyasa yoga classes have been developed specifically with the needs of the pregnant person in mind, offering an experience that is supportive, aligning, and comfortable. Who runs the prenatal yoga classes?

Classes are with YO-T Founder, Alanna. A Mumma of three, Registered Prenatal Yoga teacher, 500+hr Registered Yoga teacher and Occupational Therapist. Expect to connect to yourself, to baby, sensing prana, strength and the power of your breath to support your pregnancy journey x
